The Conference Management Committee is pleased to confirm the following registration fees (all are inclusive of GST):

Delegate Registration and Payment Information
- Registration will be available online with members and presenters entitled to discounted registration. A 'member' is defined as being a financial member of any one of ACTA, ACAL, WATESOL, WAALC or individual members of any of the ACAL affiliated state adult literacy organisations.
- Early bird registrations shall be less 10% and will close December 20, 2015
- Late registrations shall be plus 10% from March 19, 2016
- A presenter shall be entitled to full or day registration 'member rates'.
- Full registration will include:
- Welcome Reception on April 7
- Program sessions and exhibition on April 8 and 9
- Delegate package and printed program
- Catering on April 8 and 9 including coffee on arrival, morning and afternoon tea, and lunch
- Day Registrations will include the above for the selected day (including the Welcome Event).
- All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD)
- Delegates can either
- register online and pay by credit card (a receipt will be emailed by Events WA); or
- register online without payment and be sent a Tax Invoice by Events WA for payment by cheque or electronic funds transfer
- All registrations will be confirmed by email once full payment is made.
- Payments not made by March 19 will incur a late payment fee of 10%

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received in writing to ralph@eventswa.com.au by February 15 will be considered on a case by case basis by the organising committee and incur a $110 cancellation fee if upheld (excludes accommodation)
- No cancellations will be considered after February 15, 2016. Substitute delegates are welcome with notification by email to ralph@eventswa.com.au

- The Conference Organisers reserve the right to make changes to the Conference Program as required. ALL changes will be uploaded to the Conference website.

- Delegate, exhibitor and presenter names and email contact details may be provided to various stakeholders associated with the Conference as deemed appropriate by the organising committee.
Penny McKay Memorial Award
Penny McKay (1948 – 2009)
As a teacher, consultant, researcher, keynote speaker and professional activist, Penny McKay was a leader in language education in Australia and internationally. Penny died prematurely in 2009 from ovarian cancer. She is greatly mourned by Australian and overseas language educators. However, her memory is being honoured by the Penny McKay Memorial Award.
